Government is set to borrow at least 150 million US dollars from the world bank to facilitate credit for real estate investment.
The state minister for housing and urban development says this should help ease the burden of costly credit developers are having to contend with from commercial banks.
He has also announced that the landlord Tenant bill is scheduled to be tabled next week.
